“ First time visit here. There is no lobster on the dining menu, it can be purchased at the market! Apparently someone gave it a bad review because it did not have lobster on the dining menu. I ordered the lobster roll and recommendation from several local people. It was delicious, not overly seasoned, just the right amount of Mayo, not drowning in it. The lobster was cooked to perfection. Came with a huge side of fries. The place was extremely clean, and efficient. I certainly will return. I sat under the roof. Nice play area for kids in the back. ”

“ My family has been coming here as long as I can remember. We always get the fried platters or lobster rolls so I can’t speak to the other items. The fisherman’s platter is perfect for 3 people or 2 super hungry people. The seafood is always very fresh and the breading is light especially on the scallops and cod. The market is also great—we will usually get the fried fish for a few meals and fresh oysters and raw fish to cook at home for other meals. We all love the strawberry rhubarb pie too. The lobster roll is also consistently excellent with big pieces of lobster and minimal mayo. This is my top recommendation to friends who visit north eastham. ”
“ Wow, what a nice surprise! We have passed by here many times and I never gave it much thought to stop in- really not sure why. I am happy to say I'm glad we did. On a beautiful beach day this week no one wanted to leave the lounge chairs and go out for dinner, but everyone wanted seafood! I volunteered to run up the street ( we were at Campground beach) to the Friendly Fisherman. I returned in less than 25 minutes, I had great service,the food is neatly boxed up individually by order --perfect for handling out at the beach! The fried clam dinner was plentiful,the lobster rolls overstuffed and lightly dressed,and the fish sandwich was hot and fresh. Everything came with fries, and we ordered a side of crispy onion rings for good measure. We were very happy with the entire meal and we will be back for more "beach takeaway" dinners! ”
“ Genuinely one of the BEST Lobster Rolls on the Cape. It's a real "knuckle sandwich" with chunks of claws and knuckle meat. The Scallop Roll is also a "must have". A BIG mound of sweet and tender scallops, lightly coated and fried. Good fries and coleslaw too. ”
“ Big lobster chunks, get your moneys worth of lobster. At least 4 full claws in the sandwich. Bun is on the smaller side but good toast to it. Lighter mayo. Lettuce is a single leaf not shredded. Nice outdoor seating area in the back with a playground for kids. Also indoor seating as well. Plenty of parking. Portapotties in the back. ”
“ My mouth is not big enough for their lobster roll! Packed with lots of claw meat and light mayo it truly is a good bang for your buck. They are about the same price as most everyone on the Cape. I know when I get a lobster roll it's going to be expensive, but at least you get a good amount of meat unlike some other places. There is enough for almost two rolls in one. My husband also got the clam strip roll and he said it was very good. He isn't a huge fan of seafood so that's a big deal. From this lunch we were both contently full that lasted to us having a late dinner. Highly recommend. ”
“ They have best quality of meat in their lobster rolls! Chunky pieces of claws - no shredded fillers. There's a nice sweet flavor to it as well. Even during these inflationary times the prices haven't increased either. Still one of our favorite places along the Cape ”
